There’s one thing I do every morning that I absolutely hate—but I’m disciplined about it because the benefits are too good to ignore. Yep, I take a shot of apple cider vinegar (ACV). It’s not exactly the highlight of my day, but honestly? It grows on you. And once you understand how much it helps your body, it’s hard to skip.
