I am currently pursuing a graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and anticipate offering counseling services in 2026.

My future practice will integrate traditional psychotherapy with functional and neurological insights for a comprehensive,

mental health.

Somatic & Nervous System Support

Through practices like breathwork, yoga, and body-based awareness techniques, I offer somatic support designed to regulate the nervous system, release stored stress and trauma, and restore mind-body connection. This approach complements both mental health and physical healing, especially for individuals navigating chronic illness, trauma, or burnout.
